The rack focus was too difficult for Boujou to handle with a single camera solve (or at least, I am not skilled enough to make it work) but I was able to align the two cameras in Maya very closely. There is still a slight "pop" of movement when the cameras switch but that can be fixed given more time. I am just happy the shot was useable at all. Boujou handled circles and out of focus shapes better than I ever expected!

The rack focus on the CG snail was done quick and dirty in Nuke with a hand keyed Zblur.
